The El Camino College Federation of Teachers represents you. Your union has a history of negotiating good salaries and benefits for full-time and part-time faculty members. We hope that you will fully participate in your union. Membership allows you to take part in our local’s elections and entitles you to the benefits offered by our parent organizations, the California Federation of Teachers (CFT) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).

Your union leadership is very interested in hearing from you. If you would like to discuss membership, to express concerns, opinions, or thoughts, to voice your complaints or compliments, or to just chat, please contact us. There are several ways to communicate with us, satisfying even the shyest faculty member. You can contact your Division Representative to the Federation.
